MOVING TO PURCHASE
A 20% deposit is required book a production slot. A further 40% deposit is due once production begins with final balance due upon collection.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled prior to production beginning a $500 admin fee will be payable. If cancelled once production has begun a 20% cancellation fee (calculated on the entire invoice charge) will be payable.

Limited Accessory Warranty
Coverage on all works excluding mechanical is for the first 2 years or 75,000 km, whichever comes first.

Spinifex Manufacturing Warranty and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- to cancel your service contract with us; and
- to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.
Limited Warranty Coverage
Spinifex Manufacturing is committed to ensuring satisfaction with your tray or canopy.
From the commencement date (listed on your tax invoice), our warranty applies and extends for 2 years or 75,000 km (whichever comes first) on all modification carried out in our original scope of works.
Any warranty work done on your vehicle, including approved parts and labour are taken care of at no cost to you. This warranty does not substitute or replace the original vehicle warranty provided by the OE manufacturer.
All warranty work is completed under a back to base agreement only with delivery to and collection from the seller being the responsibility of the buyer.
Finishes
All finishes are guaranteed to be fit for purpose for the duration of the warranty. Paint and Powdercoat require regular cleaning with appropriate cleaning and polishing products to ensure longevity. Stone chips, scratches and other damage should be promptly and appropriately repaired to ensure longevity.
What is Not Covered
OE Vehicle
Any Original Equipment is not covered by this warranty nor is any item covered under the factory supplied warranty.
Damage Due to Accident, Misuse, or Alteration
The Spinifex Manufacturing Warranty does not cover damage caused as a result of the following:
- Accident, fire, theft, vandalism, or objects striking the vehicle (including inside the vehicle).
- Misuse of the vehicle such as driving over kerbs, overloading (including towing), racing, or other competition.
- Operating the vehicle after the defect is known.
- Alteration or modification to the vehicle by anyone not authorised by Spinifex Manufacturing.
- Coverages do not apply if the odometer has been altered, or kilometres cannot be determined.
- Installation of parts or accessories not recommended by Spinifex Manufacturing.
- Damage caused by the installation of a roof top tent, boat loader or other roof mounted items.
- Water or fluid contamination.
- Damage resulting from hail, floods, windstorms, lightning, and other environmental conditions.
- Damages resulting from stone chips or scratches (including rust)
Important: This warranty is void on vehicles currently or previously listed on the “Written off Vehicles Register” in your State or Territory.
Damage Due to Insufficient or Improper Maintenance
Damage caused by failure to follow the recommended maintenance schedule intervals and/or failure to use or maintain proper fluids, or maintain fluids between recommended maintenance intervals, fuel, lubricants, or refrigerants recommended in the Owner’s Manual is not covered.
Damage Due to Impact, Use, or the Environment
Lights, lenses, paint, and trim are not covered for cracks, chips, scratches, dents, dings, as a result of impact with other objects or road hazards.
Maintenance
ADAS System
Modern vehicles have complex Advanced Driver Assistance Systems that are calibrated to the vehicle when it is built. During this tray or canopy fitment process these systems are modified and some sensors are relocated.
Given the complex nature of these systems we do not offer any warranty on future faults or failures.
Other Expenses
Warranty excludes downtime expenses, loss of vehicle/equipment use, rental of any other vehicle or related equipment while repairs are in progress, or other incidental, consequential, or special damages.
AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT ALTERATIONS AND WARRANTIES.
The Spinifex Manufacturing Warranty does not cover any damage or failure resulting from modifications, installations, or alterations to the vehicle by anyone not authorised by Spinifex Manufacturing.

We commit to responding to all warranty claims in a timely manner and keeping our customers up to date throughout the process.
Our Warranty Process follows the following steps:
Step 1: Assessment of claim – we may ask you for more information or photos
Step 2: Claim Outcome – We will advise you if your claim is approved or not and provide our reasoning for this decision.
Step 3: If Approved – We will provide you with a repair plan.
The Spinifex Manufacturing Warranty is a back to base warranty. We will endeavour (at the discretion of Spinifex Manufacturing) attempt to rectify warranty issues in or near the location where you reside through authorised third parties.
While all efforts are made minimise travel and inconvenience Spinifex Manufacturing accepts no liability for costs incurred for transport the vehicle to the closest appropriate repairer.
AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT WARRANTIES.
Spinifex Manufacturing will not pay any claim or repair that has not been specifically approved in writing by Spinifex Manufacturing prior to the repair being commenced.
