What's included in an ASG4x4 Y62 Patrol Dual Cab Conversion?

Chassis Extension
By moving the rear axle back, we’re able to create more stability under heavy loads and towing. Having the rear axle closer to the centre of the tray offers better weight distribution.
Extensions available: 350mm / 650mm.
Midi 350mm: This conversion allows for a 2000mm WIDE tray to be fitted, which can be up to 1650mm in length.
Long: With chassis extensions available at 650mm, the Long provides the base for unparalleled weight distribution. Pair that with a GVM upgrade, and the ASG4X4 Long Dual Cab conversion creates a platform for moving the heaviest loads safely whilst enjoying all the creature comforts of a wagon. This conversion allows for a 2000mm WIDE tray to be fitted.

GVM Upgrade
You’re doing the Y62 conversion because you want to be able to load up the 4wd, so a GVM upgrade is an integral part of the process. It ensures the suspension of the car is capable and legal under heavier loads. These upgrades are available for Pre-registration under SSM, or Post-registration under individual state compliance.

Trays
The tray is where the build starts to come together. With both steel and aluminium options, you’ve got the choice between preferencing weight or toughness. A steel tray will be able to take a few more hits if you’re using it for work, but an aluminium tray will keep your weight down if you’re touring.

Canopies
This is the last step in the process. The canopy finishes off your Y62 and is generally selected based on how you’re trying to set the car up.
